it's not just users
Sometimes even the people employed to be technical support are almost as clueless as the users are.  At my company there is one guy in particular that should have been fired a long time ago but somehow manages to keep hanging on.  We all have someone like that in our office, and if they were to get fired today, the only tears shed would be from those who got the news late and missed out on raiding...
